Hoi An Scooter/Motorbike Adventure (1/2 Day Trip)

Full description

Hoi An Scooter/Motorbike Adventure Itinerary

Our journey begins at our office in Hoi An. After completing the necessary paperwork and formalities, we will inspect the motorbikes and conduct a short test ride. The standard bike provided for this trip is the Yamaha PG-1, a semiautomatic motorbike suitable for all riders, from beginners to experienced ones. We believe this bike offers a smooth and enjoyable experience. However, if you prefer a manual or dirt bike, please contact us in advance for an upgrade.

To ensure a comfortable ride, we will take about 10 minutes to familiarize ourselves with the bike. You can take a few laps to get used to the controls and handling. If anyone needs additional assistance, our team is happy to guide you until you feel fully confident.

Once everything is set, we will head west of Hoi An towards the majestic sacred mountains. Following the famous Thu Bon River, we will ride through vast rice fields, immersing ourselves in the authentic Vietnamese countryside. After approximately 20 km, we will reach a small village at the foot of the hills. From there, we continue to a village reservoir, where we will take a short break to enjoy the view before tackling our first challenge—a steep off-road climb next to the lake. This section features moderate inclines and pure off-road terrain, but once we conquer it, we will find ourselves on the other side of the hill.

Continuing along the narrow mountain trails, we will ride through another small village, navigate more off-road paths, and eventually reach a beautiful lakeside area. By this time, we will have been riding for about two hours, making it the perfect moment for a refreshment break at a local eatery right next to the Suoi Tien Waterfall.

After recharging with drinks, we will take a short trek along the stream, leading us deep into the forest where the stunning Suoi Tien Waterfall awaits. This will be our main rest stop, where you can enjoy swimming in the crystal-clear waters, have a meal, or simply relax before we start our journey back to Hoi An.

Leaving Suoi Tien, we will begin our return ride at around 3 PM, when the weather is cooler. Following winding trails through mountain villages, we will make a detour to conquer another off-road track. This scenic route takes us through dense forests and across small streams before reconnecting with the main road through the mountains. From there, we will gradually descend towards Hoi An.

About 30 minutes later, when we are around 15 km from Hoi An, we may stop for one last break at a beautiful café in the middle of the rice fields. Here, you will have the opportunity to taste unique drinks made from locally grown, pesticide-free rice and fresh fruits. Watching the sunset while sipping on a refreshing rice smoothie is truly a perfect way to conclude our adventure.

As the sun sets, we will ride the final 15-minute stretch back to Hoi An, bringing our exciting off-road journey to a close.
