MORNING COOKING CLASS TOUR

• 08:15 am: A tour guide picks you up at the lobby of your hotel.

• 08:45 am: Experience how to buy fresh ingredients in the Hoi An local market. Take the car to Cam Thanh village, then enjoy the fascinating scenery of the nipapalm forest by the bamboo basket boats. Come to our local restaurant, you start to participate in cooking the five local dishes.

Banana Salad, Hoi An Spring Roll, Banh Xeo, Pho, Fish In Clay Pot. Moreover, the restaurant also prepares 3 more dishes for your meal: Sauteed Garlic Spinach, Steamed Rice and Dessert Fruit.

• 12:40 pm: Finish the cooking class, drive back to your hotel and end the tour.

AFTERNOON COOKING CLASS TOUR

• 01:15 pm: The tour guide picks you up at the lobby of your hotel. Visit the Hoi An central market with the tour guide. Drive the car to the local restaurant. Our chef instructs you how to cook the five Vietnamese local dishes. After that, you enjoy your dishes what you have just cooked.

• 04:15 pm: Take the Vietnamese traditional fishing boats – the bamboo basket boats, in order to explore the tranquillity of the nipapalm forest.

• 05:00 pm: Take the car to your hotel.
